My Memories Suite Review and Giveaway!

Giveaway is now closed.

I have exciting news.  I am hosting my very first giveaway.  How cool is that!?

Let me back up the story a little. What is funny is that I was telling The Man that I wanted to look into a digital scrapbook software for the upcoming baby, the night before I received the email about hosting this giveaway.  I have made/am making 1st year scrapbooks for my kids.  They are kind of a calendar and scrapbook combined through their first birthdays.  I love the idea of doing this for my sweeties, the problem in that scrapbooking is not my passion and I don't want to spend oodles of money for supplies that will only be used for these projects and that is it, but  I do want them to look nice.  I think I may have found the solution.

I was so excited to try the My Memories Suite Digital Scrapbook Software  and see just how user friendly it was.  I am not that great with computer stuff, so I was hoping this would be easy.  Believe it or not, it is not that difficult.  I did have a little trouble finding some of my new purchases, but that is just because they were under a different title than what I thought they should be under.  Everything is pretty straight forward.

Some of the things I love about the My Memories Suite is that you can add video, audio and interactive links to your digital scrapbook pages.  You also have the choice to print your own pages at home, have them printed else where or have your entire album printed and shipped to you.  There is so much you can do besides scrapbooking with this software.  Your imagination is your limit.

My Memories Suite comes with several templates, background pages, embelishments and more to get you started.  You don't need to by any additional packs if you do not want to.  They do have a large selection of items to add to the software.  You can choose from quickpages (pages that are set up entirely and you simply add your photos), templates, backgrounds and more.  I love the pack sets.  The prices are pretty reasonable too.  They have a nice selection of freebies you can add as well as a dollar store.

Below are a few samples of what I have done with the My Memories Suite software.  It is easy and quick to get started.  It didn't take me no time at all to throw these together.  Nothing like spending hours working on traditional scrapbook pages.

Check out this video link about My Memories Suite.  You can find all kinds of tutorials and tips on their blog and youtube channel.

  1. Yay! How fun!! I've been considering a digital scrapbook program because I'm horrible at scrapbooking the real photos and all the photos of recent years are digital. I would love to win!! Since I'm feeling ready for fall, I think I like the Autumn Glow best. ;-)

  2. How cute are those! Love the idea! The "Toothless" ones are so funny/cute!! That would be an extra choice for me but I love the "Going to Grandma's" so much. My son loves to go to Grandma's and the sweetness of the color and pic choices are sweet! What a great GiveAway! Thanks for sharing!

  3. Wow this looks like tons of fun. I would love to win.

  4. Wow - what a giveaway for your first! I have an 8 month old and he's my third. I have a baby book for my eldest, but after I had the baby, the scrapbooking stopped (and now I have a toddler and the little man is crawling - so HIGH maintenance!!!) Scrapping digitally is a great idea! (I've been following you for a while...)

  5. I have been thinking about digital scrapbook as I have tons of pictures that are on the computer. If I scrapped them the old fashioned way it would take a lifetime and I would need a separate room to house the books!

  6. cool! a giveaway! i've heard of these digital scrapbooks, and they sound so much more convenient than cutting and gluing a bunch of stuff... it's tedious work, for me at least. that's why i am so behind. the only one i had started i haven't even finished yet... and it is the one of our honeymoon... lol, yeah, i'm really behind=)
anywho, i really liked the "play time" kits on the website. there were so many adorable ones!
